Key Responsibilities

- Develop 2D and 3D mechanical models using CAD software.
- Design mechanical components, assemblies, sheet metal, and plastic parts based on customer and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Create 3D models, exploded views, and assembly documentation.
- Perform design modifications based on engineering change requests (ECR/ECO).
- Apply GD&T; principles and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and design validation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for manufacturability.
- Support prototype development, testing, and product improvements.




- Ensure designs comply with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain design documentation, revision history, and project records.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions to engineering challenges.
- Deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
