Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth by sourcing and disbursing vehicle finance loans (CV & Cars).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Chennai.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct field visits for customer sourcing, verification, and dealer engagement.
- Ensure portfolio quality by coordinating closely with the collections team.
- Support and monitor collections activities to maintain healthy asset quality.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.




- Prepare and present regular MIS reports on sales performance and collections.

Key Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in vehicle finance (Commercial Vehicles & Cars).
- Solid network with dealers and local market in Chennai.
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
- Hands-on experience in handling collections support and portfolio management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a branch/team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
