Urgent Hiring Senior Accounts Executive (QuickBooks / US Accounting)

Best Brains is hiring an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and US Accounting.

Position Details

- Position: Senior Accounts Executive – US Accounting
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Industry: USA-Based Organization
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
- Perform bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, collections, vendor payments, and expense management.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Support year-end closing and taxation activities, coordinating with US CPAs and tax consultants.
- Process payroll-related accounting entries, deductions, reconciliations, and reports.




- Maintain accurate accounting records for audits and compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow analysis, and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in US Accounting is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with US CPA firms, staffing/recruitment companies, or US-based organizations is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of US accounting standards and taxation.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
