Experience - 4 to 6 years experience in Medical Coding
Work Mode - WFH
Specialty - IP DRG
Skills - IP Facility, DRG, IP Denials.
Certification - CPC / CCS / CIC (Mandatory)

Key Skills:

- Over 4-6 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong background in coding audits
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Solid understanding of healthcare billing, denial management and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and team members.
- Familiarity with coding software and electronic health records (EHR)
- Organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or coding issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
