HI All(Onsite Job - South Africa)

We are hiring for MNC client. The candidate hired for this role will be tasked to manage different content repositories including IBM Content Manager 8, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, and the web client application for the above mentioned repositories, processes for various clients. The candidate will also be responsible for managing capacity, modifications, user access, trouble shooting and general support functions of the various IBM systems.

Role & responsibilities

Configure and support implementation solutions utilizing the IBM Content Management suite of products • Work with integrated solutions using IBM Content Manager, IBM On Demand, IBM Content Navigator other related IBM technologies • Maintain, and enhance systems based on business requirements using approved technologies standards • Implement / install, upgrade and maintenance of 3rd party packages (IBM) • Lead and/or assist with the creation of technical documentation and operating procedures supporting the build-out of client solutions on the IBM platform • Task estimations & work allocation recommendations • Execution of disaster recovery processes and tests • Proof of concepts • Report on progress of technical tasks

Product evaluation • Production support and standby duty • Share and transfer knowledge to team colleagues





Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant IT degree or diploma • Minimum of 5 years IBM Content Management experience specifically in: - IBM Content Manager - IBM Content Manager OnDemand • Knowledge of content capture and classification solutions .

Additional skills that would be beneficial to your application :Solutions development and design • Development and scripting experience • Relational Database, DB2, MS SQL • Windows Server and Red Hat Linux skills • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management technologies and processes • Ability to manage problems and liaise with relevant support areas within the greater Sanlam to resolve the problem timeously • IBM Content Classification • Kofax Total Agility knowledge will be an advantage Personal Attributes and Competencies: • Strong analytical & numerical ability • Problem solving skills • Conceptual thinker • Positive communication / interpersonal skills • Action / results orientation • Quality orientation • Knowledge seeking / learning orientation • Ability to manage tasks and prioritise work effectively
