- Revenue Ownership & Business Development
- Solution Selling & Customer Engagement
- Demonstrations, POCs & Technical Sales Leadership
- Solution Design & Commercial Proposals
- Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Account Growth & Strategic Expansion
- Sales Execution & Market Intelligence

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in Solution sales / Medical devices / Healthcare IT / OR integration / Endoscopy / Surgical cameras / PACS inputs / Video routing / OT equipment / Display management
- Solid understanding of hospital workflows, especially Operating Room (OR) environments.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and deal closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ready to travel about 30% of time in the West India region.
