We are seeking Telesales Executives / Inside Sales Executives for an outbound voice process in Gurgaon. This role involves customer interaction, follow-ups, and sales conversion using company-provided data (no lead generation or field sales).
Candidates should have solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle queries and objections. Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support is preferred, while freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Immediate joiners will be given priority for faster onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls on company-provided data (no lead generation)
- Handle customer interaction and customer queries
- Perform follow-ups and lead conversion
- Explain product/service details clearly
- Handle basic objection handling and customer concerns
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of telecalling / telesales / voice process
- Confident and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)

- Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 04 years (Freshers can apply)
