Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Manager – ICA Design to lead Instrumentation, Control & Automation engineering activities for Water Treatment, Desalination, and Pumping Station projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ICA design engineering activities for water infrastructure projects.
- Prepare/review Control Philosophy, System Architecture, C&E; Matrix, Instrument Lists, Datasheets, Hook-up Drawings, Cable Schedules, and Loop Diagrams.
- Develop PLC/DCS engineering inputs including I/O lists, Drive Lists, Signal Exchange Lists, and Alarm Schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support technical evaluations, vendor document reviews, and FAT activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in EPC instrumentation design projects.
- Experience in Water Treatment / Desalination / Pumping Station projects preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC/DCS, SCADA, industrial communication protocols, and IEC/ISA standards.
- Robust technical coordination and project execution skills.
