Job Description

We are hiring an experienced DM- Area Sales to lead large distribution sales operations and drive customer acquisition through field sales, telesales, DSAs, and channel partners. The role involves managing a team of 50-120 sales professionals, expanding distribution networks, and achieving aggressive business targets while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Relationship Executives, Telesales Agents, and Operations staff.
- Drive new customer acquisition and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage DSA, open market, retail, and co-brand distribution channels.
- Recruit, train, coach,



and monitor sales teams for high productivity.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, audit guidelines, and company policies.
- Improve lead conversion, application processing, and turnaround time.
- Drive digital sourcing through eKYC, VKYC, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor team productivity, attrition, and customer experience metrics.
- Build solid relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits, team reviews, and performance coaching sessions.

Candidates from Banking, NBFC, Credit Cards, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail Sales, Insurance, or Financial Services with experience managing large field sales teams are preferred.
