Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide ongoing training and support to develop team members skills.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights from customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Valuable English communication skills (spoken & written).
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.




Willing to work on the last Sunday of every month (compensatory off provided).
Work hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: 30,000 - 50,000 per month!

- Fixed Salary: 20,000 - 26,000 (take-home)
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 30,000 per month
