Job Description- Main accountabilities (SAP & Outsourcing experience)

1. Perform monthly intercompany and GL reconciliations
2. Perform bank statement reconciliations.
3. Variance Analysis
4. BPC/ HFP consolidation and core period closing activities
5. Prepare and post month end close journals
6. Validation and review of GL accounts and contents
7. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports
8. Fixed Assets accounting activities, month end closure activities, reporting
9. FX rates updation in the GL Masters database
10. Foreign currency revaluation runs
11. Candidate profile/ attributes
12. Very good English skills
13. Strong in fundamentals of accounting
14.



Well versed with journalizing and record keeping
15. Good analytical skills
16. Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
17. Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
18. Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
19. Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
20. Open to work in shifts as per the business requirements - Should be willing to stretch during the month end

Skills Required-
1. Solid experience in processing journals, bank reconciliations, and month-end close (MEC) activities.
2. Strong knowledge of BPC/HFM reporting and financial variance analysis.
3. Ability to perform liquidity forecasting and support financial reporting requirements.
4. Preferred experience with SAP and other ERP financial modules.
5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work in rapid-paced close cycles.
