Medical Representative Paediatric

Job Description

An exciting prospect is open for an experienced Medical Representative to join our business and be part of a global Pharma Company.

We are hiring for Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Salem & Vilupuram.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Account Management:

- Field Influencing: Deliver 8-10 calls per day to Paediatrician. Deliver lunch & learns when required to maximize influencing time.
- Coverage Routing: Develop and execute an efficient route plan within territory to enable 95-100% reach of assigned Paediatricians.
- Manage Individual Expense Budgets: manage territory/coverage within budget.
- Call Report Management: Report all calls in a timely fashion
- Customer Service: Return customer calls and handle all individual requests.

Business/Organizational Development:

- Action Plan:



Develop territory action plan consistent within territory.
- Meetings/Conference Calls: Attend and actively engage in all conference calls and face to face meetings as assigned.
- Data Analysis: Analyse reports weekly/monthly and create a business review on a quarterly basis.

Job Qualifications

- Excellent command over English & Local language
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, in Pharmacology/Science or management. MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in Sales role preferably in Paediatric Products
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
