Key Responsibilities

- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective productdemonstrations highlighting Atomberg features and benefits.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
- Maintain product visibility, correct placement, shelf hygiene, and planogram adherence.
- Support execution of in-store promotions, brand activations, and coordinate with store staff forsmooth operations.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock status, competitor activity, and adhere to company SOPs,attendance, and grooming standards.ISP Profile Checkpoints

Expected In-hand Salary: 17,000 25,000ctc per month.

• Sales Incentives: 3,000 – 5,000 per month (linked to target achievement).

• Prior experience as a Sales Promoter / Demonstrator in Contemporary Trade or Large Format Stores
