Job Purpose:

The role of a Circle Manager - MicroLAP at Leading Bank involves managing and growing the entire Micro Loan Against Property (Micro LAP) business and portfolio for Andhra Pradesh & Telanagana . This is a senior management position, likely responsible for the profitability and strategic direction of the Micro LAP vertical in the region.

Key responsibilities typically include:

• Business Development and Sales: Formulating and executing strategies to expand the MicroLAP business, ensuring revenue and asset under management (AUM) growth according to the business plan.

• Portfolio Management: Maintaining a healthy and profitable loan portfolio, including managing delinquency and ensuring good asset quality.

• Team Leadership and Management: Leading, motivating, recruiting, and training a team to achieve stated objectives and ensure high productivity.

• Channel Management: Developing and nurturing relationships with Branch Banking Team , Direct Channels and connectors, to enhance market penetration and generate business.

• Credit Appraisals and Operations: Overseeing the loan processing, from lead generation and documentation to swift approvals and disbursals,



ensuring adherence to the bank's credit policies and regulatory guidelines (including RBI norms for microfinance loans).

• Market Strategy and Research: Identifying suitable markets/segments for the MicroLAP products and exploring recent markets for network expansion within the state.

• Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service through timely execution of proposals and effective grievance redressal mechanisms.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring process and policy adherence, managing post-disbursement documentation compliances, and collating and reporting all types of Management Information Systems (MIS).
