- Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8–15 years of overall IT experience
- 5–10 years of experience in technical analyst or business analyst roles supporting HCM products
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required
- At least two end-to-end Employee Central implementations
- Knowledge of Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0
- Knowledge and working experience on ADP Lyric HCM
- Experience supporting at least two production support projects
- Strong experience in implementation, technical analysis, system design, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts
- Ability to produce clear documentation and training materials
- Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Preferred Qualifications - Product Management certification
