About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to support our India business hiring operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic IT staffing, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must have prior experience working with direct clients and should possess strong contract staffing exposure within the domestic recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Domestic IT hiring requirements.
- Understand and analyze client requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels.
- Perform candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures against assigned requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Deliver quality candidates within defined timelines and SLA expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in contract staffing is mandatory.
- Experience working with direct clients is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
