What You'll Do The candidate will be responsible for CCM. Who You Are? Ensure that amendment cases according to the MSD-0058 ECR/ECO process carried out in a timely manner and without unnecessary delay in accordance with MSD-0058.

Contribute to article preparation according to MSD-0256 & MSD-0056.

Key Duties And Responsibilities The CCM (colloquially Change Manager) is responsible for:

- Ensure that own change cases are carried out in accordance with current procedures




- Report the status of your own change cases to the person appointed as clients
- Escalate early to the client if set schedules are not met
- Review the files of other change managers
- Compile and ensure that approved and relevant documents are available for each case
- Update and create product structures in SAP
- Coordinate and follow up that identified activities are carried out/are implemented
- Maintain the change database with relevant information and documentation
- Archiving of closed cases including appendices (electronically or physical)
- Inform and communicate decisions and status to stakeholders in the amendment matters
- Responsibility for training recent change managers and for establishing and maintaining training material in the field of product
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools area of responsibility.

Internal and External Interfaces

- The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in product care, manufacturing, purchasing, product development, quality, etc.
- Contacts with suppliers may occur.
- According to MSD-0058 ECR/ECO Process

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge/Experience of medical device regulations and industrial products and production
- Knowledge/Experience in how to get things done in a complex organization
- Knowledge/Experience how to influence others and how to do to be able to work through others
- Compulsory training according to MPD-6615
