Role Description The Geotechnical Engineer will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, supporting transport and road safety projects across India. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing geotechnical site investigations, analyzing soil and rock properties, and preparing technical reports and recommendations for foundations and related civil structures. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, reviewing design drawings and specifications, and advising on ground improvement, slope stability, and excavation support measures.

Engineer will also support project planning, risk assessment, and compliance with relevant codes and standards, while contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong skills in site investigation and subsurface exploration planning and execution.

Candidates should possess strong skills in soil characterization, soil behavior analysis, and related laboratory and in-situ testing interpretation.

Candidates should possess strong skills in geotechnical engineering, including stability analysis, ground improvement, and design recommendations.

Candidates should possess strong skills in engineering geology, including assessment of geological hazards and material suitability.

Candidates should possess solid skills in foundation design for buildings, infrastructure, and transport-related structures.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Experience with geotechnical software tools (e.g., for slope stability, settlement, and bearing capacity analysis) and familiarity with Indian and international design codes.

Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and within multidisciplinary project teams.

Prior experience in road, highway, or transport infrastructure projects is an advantage.
