Geospatial Intelligence Analyst – Risk Intelligence Center
Job Grade: 15 | Crisis Resilience & Response | Technology Risk Oversight | Risk Management & Compliance The role The Risk Intelligence Center (RIC) is a forward-looking analytical capability within Enterprise Resilience that converts fragmented technical, operational, and external signals into a single coherent operating picture supporting faster, better-informed decisions.
The Geospatial Intelligence Analyst integrates internal resilience data with external geospatial intelligence to add a physical and regional dimension to the RIC’s analysis. This role maps customer, operational, and infrastructure exposure geographically, identifies concentration and correlated risks, and supports both proactive risk identification and real-time incident decision support.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain geospatial analyses, maps, and models that locate customer, operational, facility, and infrastructure exposure.
Integrate internal resilience and dependency data with external geospatial sources (weather, hazard, infrastructure, demographic) to surface physical and regional risk drivers.
Identify concentration and correlated risks — for example, the intersection of a severe-weather event, a data center, and workforce exposure in a single geography.
Provide geospatial decision support during incidents,
mapping impact and informing resource allocation and prioritization.
Build reusable geospatial data layers, tools, and automated workflows to support recurring analytical needs.
Translate spatial analysis into clear, decision-grade insight for analysts and senior stakeholders.
Partner with the broader RIC team to embed geospatial context into finished intelligence products.
Contribute to the RIC’s analytical methods and tradecraft.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience in geospatial analysis, GIS, intelligence analysis, or a related analytical discipline
Preferred Skills/Experience
Advanced proficiency with ESRI tools, particularly ArcGIS, including ArcGIS Pro (ArcPro)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate spatial data into operational and executive insight
Experience building geospatial data layers, models, and automated geoprocessing workflows
Experience integrating geospatial intelligence with operational, risk, or resilience data
Working knowledge of operational resilience, business continuity, or concentration-risk concepts
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 stack and the ability to surface geospatial output alongside Power BI reporting
Experience supporting incident response, crisis management, or situational awareness operations
Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deliverables If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
