Job Position:- Domain Trainee – Record to Report-INS021792

Job Locations:- Gurugram, Haryana, India

Salary Package:- As per Company Standards

Job Schedule:- Full Time

Required Qualification & Skills:-

- CPA equivalent/Chartered Accountant /Postgraduate in (Finance) Commerce or Accounting
- Relevant work experience preferably in Insurance industry
- Positive MS Office skills, especially MS excel.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent Accounting Knowledge
- Experience in General accounting (R2R function)
- Technology skills – ERP knowledge preferred.

& Responsibilities:-

- Preparation and upload of Journals at the end of the month after analysis of account
- Preparation & review of month end close tasks as per the monthly close calendar.
- Execute internal controls and checks as part of the process and Performing task with accuracy and timelines.
- Preparation and review of Intercompany reconciliations and do vital follow-ups with relevant team to get variances resolved.
- Daily bank reconciliations and clearing. Identify open items and take it up with relevant Team to get closure before month end to ensure no open items after the closing.




- Cash Management ensuring ODS and RGTS is done to the external/internal client in a timely manner.
- Perform regulatory and statutory reporting tasks which includes preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement and Notes to accounts.
- Fixed Asset – creation/disposal & Depreciation Run in the Fixed asset subledger.
