Our client, an AI-powered digital advertising platform, is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to help build the decision systems behind our AI agents - transforming business context, historical performance, and collective learning into recommendations that help SMBs make better advertising decisions every day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy machine learning models to power AI-driven marketing recommendations and decision systems.
- Build recommendation, ranking, and predictive models using Python, SQL, and modern AI/LLM frameworks.
- Process and analyze large, real-world datasets to create scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance through experimentation, statistical analysis,



and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, deploy, and improve AI features that enhance advertising outcomes for small businesses.

Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models
- Robust Python and SQL skills
- Experience with recommendation systems, ranking models, predictive modeling, or personalization
- Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation
- Experience working with LLMs and up-to-date AI frameworks
- Ability to work with messy, real-world data and turn it into production-ready AI systems
- Comfortable moving quickly from prototype to production
- Curious, pragmatic, and excited to solve complex problems in a fast-moving startup
