About the Job

We are looking for a committed, efficient and patient orientated General & Laparoscopic Surgeon to become a part of the team. In this role you will provide leadership in high velocity elective cases, execute standardized clinical pathways (SOPs) and provide predictable surgical outcomes. You’ll thrive in a system built to optimize patient intake, accelerate post-operative recovery, and deliver complete financial and clinical transparency.

Main Responsibilities

- Surgical Skills: High volume elective laparoscopic and general surgeries including laparoscopic hernia repairs, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, appendectomies and advanced laser proctology.
- Short-Stay Management: Standardize pre and post-operative pathways to maintain our benchmark of 24-to-26-hour patient discharges.

Protocol Compliance: Adhere to well established clinical SOPs and the Patki protocol to avoid complications,



prevent readmissions and maintain quality standards.

Patient & Family Engagement: Communicate treatment strategies empathetically, clearly and transparently, ensuring that patients understand what is included in their fixed package so there is zero bill shock.

- Clinical EMR Documentation: Keep digital medical records accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive to streamline insurance claim processing and administrative workflows.
- Collaborative Governance: Work with in-house medical teams, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to provide fast turnarounds and high patient satisfaction scores.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: MBBS and MS (Master of Surgery) / DNB in General Surgery, from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Registered with Gujarat Medical Council (GMC) / National Medical Commission (NMC).

Clinical Expertise: Extensive experience in minimally invasive / laparoscopic techniques and laser surgery.

2+ Years of post MS/DNB Clinical experience (Fresh graduates with exceptionally robust laparoscopic hands-on training during residency are also welcome to apply).
