? Role TL;DR

We’re looking for a generalist Editor with experience in Photo and Video editing for Fashion, Apparel and E-commerce shoots) who can create reels with motion graphics and statics for our social media, website, and other campaigns.

? Who This Role Is For

You’re a Do-er with narrative instincts. You understand what narrative, music and trends will work best on social media and infuse our brand very smartly into the culture on the internet.

? What You’ll Do

- Your day-to-day revolves around taking raw footage and sculpting it into high-retention, short-form IG Videos that maintain narrative tension from the first frame to the last.
- Create scroll-stopping Reels with dynamic infographics, animated text pop-ups, kinetic typography & motion graphics (the modern Instagram Reel style — think bold captions, callouts, stat overlays, and snappy text animations that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds), along with ads, lookbook films, and brand videos
- You’ll retouch mannequin & model shots (fabric texture, drape, color accuracy)
- Design banners, EDMs, social creatives & catalogs




- You’ll architect and manage our post-production infrastructure, including storage systems, proxy workflows, and archival processes to ensure zero data loss and maximum speed.
- You’ll act as a bridge between post and production, providing "Edit Notes" and feedback to the production crew to ensure they are capturing the right angles and beats needed for a seamless cut.
- You’ll dive deep into Social media analytics to decode exactly where viewers drop off, using that data to evolve our editing language and narrative flows.
- Over time, you’re expected to build and document "Edit Systems" - standardising templates, sound libraries, and colour grades so the brand voice remains consistent even as the team scales.

? You’ll Succeed in this Role if you are/have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
- Good to know softwares - Topaz Photo AI / Gigapixel, Magnific AI, Firefly Generative Fill, Photoroom, Figma, Canva
- Deep understanding of Editing workflows and media management protocols.
- A "Story-First" mindset: you know when to let a moment breathe and when to cut aggressively to maintain momentum.




- Data-Informed Creativity: the ability to look at a retention graph and translate a "dip" into a concrete editing solution for the next video.
- Robust communication skills to lead feedback loops with the team.

? Experience Requirements

- 3yrs+ experience in serious photography editing (fashion/apparel e-commerce preferred)
- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels with infographics, text pop-ups, and motion-graphic overlays in the current trending style
- A strong eye for detail
- Speed + quality at high volume
- A portfolio with retouching & video samples — including Reels showcasing text/graphic animation work (mandatory)
