Nitesh Land is looking for an experienced AGM / GM – Planning to lead end-to-end project planning across our current portfolio of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments, while also shaping the planning framework for recent projects in the pipeline. The role requires a hands-on planning leader who can translate design intent into executable schedules, drive cost and timeline discipline, and act as the planning backbone connecting design, execution, procurement, and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Planning for Existing / Ongoing Projects • Schedule ownership – Own the master project schedules for all live projects, tracking progress against baseline and flagging deviations early.

- Progress monitoring – Conduct periodic site reviews with project and site teams to validate progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective action plans.
- Design coordination – Review civil, structural, and MEP drawings against approved plans; coordinate design changes with architects and consultants without disrupting timelines.
- Cost & resource tracking – Track budget vs. actuals for ongoing works, identify cost overruns, and recommend resource or sequencing optimizations.




- Contractor coordination – Coordinate with contractors and vendors on work-front availability, manpower deployment, and material readiness to prevent schedule slippage.
- Reporting – Prepare and present weekly / monthly progress reports (S-curves, milestone trackers, delay analysis) to senior management. B. Planning for New / Upcoming Projects • Pre-construction planning – Develop integrated master plans and phase-wise execution schedules for upcoming land parcels and new project launches, from land handover through completion.
- Design-to-build alignment – Work with architects, structural consultants, and internal teams during the design stage to build execution-ready layouts, villa/tower typologies, and infrastructure plans.
- Cost estimation – Prepare preliminary cost estimates, BOQs, and cash-flow linked schedules to support project feasibility and go/no-go decisions.
- Infrastructure planning – Plan and sequence supporting infrastructure — roads, stormwater drains, sewage systems, water supply, and amenities — alongside the core construction schedule.
