Role Description The General Manager for Canada Opportunities will lead and oversee the Canada-focused immigration and visa consulting operations, while being based on-site in Canada. This full-time role includes managing daily branch activities, supervising consultants, and ensuring service quality and compliance with Canadian immigration guidelines.

The General

Manager will develop and implement business strategies for client acquisition, oversee case pipelines, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, resolving escalated client issues,



and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves budgeting, reporting to senior leadership, training team members, and identifying new opportunities and service offerings in the Canada immigration space.

Qualifications

Experience in immigration consulting, international education, or related advisory services, with strong knowledge of Canadian visa and immigration processes.

Proven leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.

Business development and operations management capabilities, covering client acquisition, process optimization, and profitability tracking.

Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain high client satisfaction.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple cases, track metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, International Relations, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in a managerial or branch-head role within immigration consulting or a similar service industry is highly beneficial.
