Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily food operations across all units, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation

- Drive adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards

- Own food P&L; including cost control, wastage reduction, and margin improvement

- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor partnerships effectively

- Lead menu planning and engineering to improve profitability and customer preference

- Standardize kitchen processes and drive operational efficiency across locations

- Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvements

- Lead, train, and manage kitchen and F&B; teams to ensure high performance

- Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in food experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and business growth

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in F&B; or food operations

- Solid experience in managing multi-unit or large-scale food operations

- Proven track record in cost control, P&L; management, and process improvement

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
