Financial Leadership: Manage and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to IFRS, Indian GAAP, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audit processes to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes.

Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity.

Strategic Financial Planning: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights to support business strategies.

Performance Optimization: Collaborate across departments to improve financial performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Regulatory Awareness: Keep abreast of evolving financial regulations and ensure compliance across all levels of the organization.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

M.com/MBA in Finance.

At least 12 years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a listed company.

Expertise in financial consolidation, finalization, audit, and compliance.

In-depth knowledge of corporate and operational finance and accounting practices.

Proficiency in budgeting, planning, cost optimization, and MIS reporting.

Robust experience with SEBI compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Proven track record in leading teams and acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Prior experience in a family-owned Indian business is an advantage.
