Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects across India.
- Drive project planning, procurement, manpower deployment, execution, billing, and timely completion.
- Monitor project profitability, productivity, cash flow, and contractual compliance.
- Build and lead high-performing project and procurement teams.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Implement systems, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Managing Director on business strategy while independently managing day-to-day operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
- 18–25 years of experience in Electrical/Industrial EPC projects,



including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale industrial projects simultaneously.
- Solid commercial, contractual, procurement, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
