Role Overview

- Position: General Manager — Brand
- Type: Full time
- Location: Delhi NCR
- Reports To: Group CMO (Global)
- Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Brand & Movement Building: Build the brand's identity, narrative, tone of voice, and design language across digital, events, packaging, and clinics. Lead the phased Year 1 launch and mine real conversations with for founding content.
- Business & Revenue Accountability: Own the commercial contribution of the brand, driving top-of-funnel demand that converts into revenue across D2C, telehealth, and clinics, alongside managing the brand P&L.;
- Community & Content: Build the community platform from closed beta to open scale with expert moderation, alongside directing destigmatising health education content.
- PR & Public Presence: Lead earned media, creator networks, institutional partnerships,



and act as a recognised public face of the brand on stage and podcasts.
- AEO / GEO & Analytics: Own Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation as a first-class channel, build the marketing measurement stack from scratch, and lead performance marketing.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 10–15 years across brand, marketing, and growth with P&L; or revenue accountability.
- Track Record: At least one experience building a brand, community, or category from zero in startup, consumer health, or mission-led spaces.
- Passion & Credibility: Deep, demonstrable passion for men's health, masculinity, and preventive care in the Indian context.
- Operating Style: An operator who thinks in both narrative and unit economics, comfortable being visible publicly and credible with clinicians.
