– Automation Tester (General Insurance Domain)

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with hands-on experience in the General Insurance domain . The ideal candidate should have expertise in automation testing frameworks, API testing, and strong functional knowledge of General Insurance modules such as Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Renewals, and Endorsements.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of Automation Testing experience
- Minimum 2 years of General Insurance domain experience
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java
- Test automation framework development (Hybrid / Data-Driven / POM)
- API Testing using Postman/Rest Assured
- SQL Database Testing
- TestNG / JUnit
- Maven / Gradle
- Git / Bitbucket
- Jenkins or any CI/CD tool
- Defect Management using JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Agile/Scrum methodology

- Automate Web and API test cases.
- Execute regression and smoke test suites.
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing.
- Validate insurance business workflows.
- Identify, log, and track defects.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Prepare automation execution reports and test metrics.
- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual efforts.
