Job Purpose To maintain a clean, hygienic, safe, and organized workplace, ensuring a healthy and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain office floors, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, washrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all designated areas on a daily basis.
- Clean windows, doors, glass partitions, furniture, and office equipment as required.
- Refill toiletries, hand wash, tissue paper, drinking water, and other essential supplies.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to the organisation's waste management procedures.
- Ensure washrooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Maintain the pantry and assist in keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and organised.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees, guests, and visitors when required.
- Report maintenance issues such as electrical faults, plumbing leaks, damaged furniture, or equipment to the concerned department.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following company safety guidelines.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and inform the supervisor when cleaning materials or supplies need replenishment.




- Support the setup and cleaning of meeting rooms before and after meetings or events.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and fire safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in office premises.
- Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Working Conditions

- Work in office, factory, warehouse, or commercial premises.
- May require standing, walking, lifting light materials, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Working hours as per the organization's policies and shift schedules.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
