Recent hands-on experience in AI/LLM systems

Solid OOP skills

Strong dynamic programming skills

Experience level: 5 to 10 Responsibilities Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using AutoGen and Pydantic AI

Implement RAG pipelines, memory management, and observability with Langfuse

Integrate security, performance, and quality gates into production systems

Work on prompt and context engineering including memory management

Implement policy enforcement for prompt injection prevention

Add role-based access control for agent actions

Validate tool invocation safety and restrict sensitive operations

Apply content filtering for PII and compliance-sensitive data

Use Langfuse metrics as quality gates

Build dashboards for latency, throughput, error rates, token usage, and cost Additional Responsibilities Integrate security controls including OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secrets management

Support performance with async workers, batching, and Redis caching strategies

Integrate OpenTelemetry for observability Nice To Have Pipecat
