About The Role We are looking for a talented Generative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI technologies. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, content generation, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Build prompt engineering and prompt optimization strategies
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Integrate vector databases for semantic search (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs where required
- Develop APIs and microservices for GenAI solutions
- Collaborate with AI/ML, data, and product teams
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of GenAI systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP,



or software development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.)
- Experience working with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs or similar
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer models
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development

Good to Have

- Experience with fine-tuning open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps practices
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of data privacy and AI security
