Role Details:

CONSULTME SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Gen-AI Trainer (Classroom Training) to deliver instructor-led corporate training sessions in Bhubaneswar

. This is a 60-day contract, on-site role , tentatively scheduled from 24th August to 28th October . The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on classroom sessions covering

Python Programming, Large Language Models (LLMs), API Development & Integration, and MLOps . The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting practical demonstrations, facilitating interactive learning experiences, addressing participant queries, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer through real-world use cases and hands-on exercises.

The trainer will also collaborate with the ConsultME team to align the delivery with the provided Training Outline (TOC), gather participant feedback, and continuously enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background Should be CSE/IT/Data Science or Related Fields
- 1-3 Years Of Experiance in Data Science & GenAI .
- Robust expertise in Python Programming .
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Practical knowledge of API Development & Integration .
- Experience with MLOps , including model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience delivering corporate classroom training or technical workshops.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience designing training materials, hands-on labs, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Ability to engage participants through interactive, real-world learning experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage classroom sessions effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
