Role: Full Stack Developer (Python Mandatory + React (Frontend/Typescript))

- 4-6 years of backend engineering experience; Python strongly preferred, with FastAPI or an equivalent async framework.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs agent design, prompt engineering, structured output, and tool / function calling including RAG / knowledge-base grounding, guardrails, and graceful fallback handling when model confidence is low.
- AWS proficiency: EventBridge, ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Event-driven architecture fundamentals: at-least-once delivery, idempotency,



dead-letter handling, and saga patterns.
- PostgreSQL depth: schema design, constraint authoring, and index strategy.
- Solid grasp of REST API design, asynchronous programming, and automated testing.
- Ability to own a service end-to-end in a quick-moving, milestone-gated sprint without hand-holding.
- Hands-on experience using an agentic AI platform (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Agents, Windsurf) across the software development lifecycle from coding and testing to debugging and code review.
