Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fundraising & Donor Relations Officer to lead our resource mobilization efforts. This person will play a crucial role in securing funding, building relationships with donors and CSR partners, and driving sustainable financial growth for the foundation. Job Responsibility

Identify and engage potential donors including individuals, institutions, CSR partners, and grant-making organizations.

Create compelling fundraising proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing donors through regular communication and updates.

Plan and manage online fundraising campaigns and donation drives.

Maintain donor database and track pledges, payments, and communications.





Collaborate with program and communications teams for success stories and donor content.

Represent TMF at fundraising events, CSR meetings, and conferences.

Track donor trends, funding cycles, and eligibility for grant opportunities.

Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Development Studies, Communications, Social Work, or related field.

Specialized training in fundraising, CSR, or NGO management is an added advantage.

Experience Requirement 2–5 years in fundraising, partnerships, or CSR

Additional Requirement

Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or CSR (2–5 years preferred).

Solid verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language).

Creative storytelling and proposal-writing ability.

Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital fundraising tools.

A persuasive, people-first approach with relationship-building skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and passion for social impact.
