4+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B; and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B;
Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, recent connections etc.
Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
Experience in Solution Design and support
Good communication Skills
