We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional at Consultant level to design and deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet client business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in functionalities of Dynamics 365 CE, conducting workshops and applying best practices for solution mapping to Dynamics 365 CE.

Key Responsibilities

- Workshop and Design
- Conduct Requirement Workshop in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service).
- Design solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules
- Map business processes and requirements to Dynamics 365 CE
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Dynamics 365 functionality
- Actively involved in all stages of project lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, training and support.
- Drive the effective transition of requirements and deliver a clear and well-structured functional specification for the technical team.
- Support the technical team during development phases.
- Conduct acceptance testing and lead user training sessions.
- Extend Dynamics 365 through Power Platform.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional consulting.
- Proven proficiency in modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Project Service.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365,



the cloud environment and Power Platform.
- Proven experience translating business objectives and end-user needs into functional and system requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with diverse team and manage deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, source control, and work item management is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of data models, integration patterns, and security roles within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills (Advantageous)

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (PL-200)
- Experience with Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with integration patterns and tools (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Web Services)
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Automative, or Industrial Equipment sectors
- Knowledge of adjacent service management concepts like Warranty Management and Contract Servicing.
