Role Description The Full-time Italian B2 Trainer will deliver engaging online classes to learners aiming to reach or strengthen their Italian B2 level, following Henry Harvin’s curriculum and training standards. This remote role includes preparing lesson plans, designing interactive learning activities, assigning and evaluating exercises, and providing individualized feedback to support learner progress.

The trainer will conduct regular assessments, track performance, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate learner records, contributing to course improvement,



collaborating with the academic team, and participating in trainer meetings and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Italian language proficiency at C1 or above, with clear command of grammar, vocabulary, and conversation at the B2 level.
- Candidates should possess skills in lesson planning, classroom management in virtual settings, and use of interactive teaching methodologies.
- Candidates should possess experience with online teaching platforms, digital tools for language training, and basic computer literacy.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple batches, assessments, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess a learner-centric mindset, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to support adult learners and professionals.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Italian, Linguistics, Education, or related fields, and certifications in language teaching (e.g., DITALS or equivalent) are beneficial.
- Prior experience as an Italian language trainer, corporate language coach, or language instructor in academic or online setups is preferred.
