Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in contemporary web technologies and Generative AI to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while collaborating with global product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security,



and code quality.

Required Skills
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Backend: Node.js / Python
- AI: Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex
- Cloud: Azure or AWS
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Databases: SQL Server/PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Must Have
- 10–15 years of Full Stack development experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and microservices.
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
