About The Role We are seeking two experienced Senior Fullstack Developers to join our team in a leadership capacity. These roles are designed for individuals who are passionate about building scalable, high-quality products and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment. The selected candidates will work in a US-aligned shift schedule within a remote/WFH setup, offering flexibility and the opportunity to lead critical development initiatives.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in autonomous environments, make swift decisions, and are proactive in resolving technical challenges without constant supervision.

As Team

Leads, they will also mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications The ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT or product development,



with a proven track record of managing scalable projects. Demonstrated leadership experience, whether formal or informal, is essential. Candidates must exhibit decisiveness, proactivity, and the ability to work independently during US hours.

A stable employment history reflecting at least a 2-year commitment at previous roles is preferred. Additionally, applicants should have a proper WFH setup, including reliable internet, backup power solutions, and a dedicated workspace conducive to focused work during US shift hours. Familiarity with the following technologies is required:

- MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js (MERN stack)
- Java, Spring Boot (backend)
- React or Angular (frontend)
- MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Python, Django, FastAPI (backend) + React (frontend) Responsibilities The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable, production-grade projects, including architecture decisions, code quality assurance, and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Leading and mentoring a small development team by reviewing code, providing guidance, and unblocking issues to maintain high execution standards.
- Collaborating directly with US-based stakeholders during shift hours to understand requirements, provide updates,



and make independent decisions when necessary.
- Taking full accountability for project outcomes by proactively flagging potential risks and driving timely resolutions without waiting for instructions.
- Ensuring best practices in coding, documentation, and deployment processes are followed to maintain the integrity and scalability of the product.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, including code reviews, process enhancements, and adopting new technologies to optimize development workflows.
