You will be working on the cutting edge of content creation, taking AI-generated scripts and visual directions (from models like Claude and Gemini) and turning them into studio-grade, high-retention 2- to 3-minute Shorts/Reels. What You Will Do

Daily Output: Edit and deliver 2- to 3-minute high-retention, studio-quality videos for each of our three brands daily (total daily output: 6 to 9 minutes of polished video).

AI Integration: Work seamlessly with AI-generated scripts and execute the exact visual cues, B-rolls, and transitions suggested by our prompt engineering workflows.

Brand Ownership: Take complete creative ownership of the visual identity and retention metrics across all three brands.

Consistent Quality: Maintain the utmost quality standard in every single upload, ensuring pacing, audio mixing, colour grading, and typography are studio-grade.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven experience in studio-grade video editing.

Software Mastery: Must be highly proficient in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro (CC Pro).

Mindset: You treat the business like it’s yours. You care about audience retention, brand aesthetics, and long-term growth.

Availability: Able to commit to a Monday to Saturday schedule, working a minimum of 8 hours a day.

? COMPENSATION & CLEAR GROWTH ROADMAP

Your salary is guaranteed to scale rapidly as you prove your value to the brands. Please read the timeline carefully:

Months 1 to 3 (Trial & Integration): ₹10,000 / month (Strict starting point).

Months 4 to 6 (Performance Bump): ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 / month.

Months 7 to 18 (Core Team): ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 / month. (Once you reach this bracket after 6 months, this salary will be fixed for the next 12 months).

Annual Hikes: After the 12-month mark, you will receive an annual salary hike of 5% to 20% every year, depending entirely on your dedication to the brands' growth and the quality of your work.

⚖️ EXCLUSIVITY & FREELANCING POLICY

No Full-Time Moonlighting: You must not work full time with any other client or business.

Freelancing is Allowed: You are welcome to take on freelance projects, provided they are done strictly outside of your 8 working hours. During your shift, our three brands must be your absolute priority.
