Work Mode: Remote

Shift: Night Shift

Support Hours: Between 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.
- Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable applications for cloud and on-premise deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Improve system performance, architecture, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve development efficiency.
- Build production-ready software following engineering best practices.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- 3 years of professional Full Stack Software Development experience.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design,



and clean architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- React.js
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Go and/or Python
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with automated testing and debugging practices.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud, on-premise, or air-gapped environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies.
