Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile app development along with backend development using Node.js, frontend experience in React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL and MongoDB for database handling.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

Design and build robust backend APIs using Node.js.





Create and manage frontend components using Next.js or React.js for admin or web panels.

Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for database operations and performance optimization.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and the operations team to implement new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with proper documentation.

Troubleshoot, debug, and improve app performance.

Manage version control using Git.

Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

Requirements:2–5 years of hands-on experience with:

Flutter (Android & iOS)

Node.js

Next.js

React.js

PosgreSQL MongoDB

Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of state management in Flutter (Provider/Bloc).

Familiarity with Firebase is a plus.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
