You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and define test strategies.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on automation testing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.

Mandatory Skills





- Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify testing requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
