Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and servicing of printers, laptops, and IT hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
- Handle field service operations across Bangalore
- Provide basic networking and hardware support
- Maintain service reports and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in relevant field
- Candidates undergoing or completed hardware/networking training
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work in field (in office support)
- Good communication skills
