Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, sophisticatedUS IT Recruiterto join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working withDirect Clientsand a deep understanding of theW2 hiring model. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high quality of hire for our US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-priority technical requirements.
- W2 Expertise:Source, screen, and negotiate with candidates primarily on W2 tax terms (Citizens, GC, H4-EAD, etc.).
- Direct Client Interaction:Coordinate closely with Account Managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines.
- Rigorous Vetting:Conduct detailed phone screens to assess technical competence and exceptional communication skills.




- Pipeline Management:Maintain a steady pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for recurring technical roles.

Requirements:

- Experience:2 to 7 years of core experience in US IT Staffing.
- Direct Client Exposure:Must have at least 2 years of experience working directly with Tier-1/Direct Clients.
- Communication:Exceptionalverbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Work Ethic:Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced,5-day onsiteenvironment in Hyderabad.
