Job Description UPS Government Business Manager (Delhi-NCR)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven skilled to lead and expand our UPS Government Business in Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth through direct engagement with government officials, ensuring compliance with procurement processes, and building long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Government Business Development – Identify, pursue, and secure UPS opportunities within central and state government departments.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior government officials, procurement officers, and decision-makers.
- Tender & Procurement Management – Lead participation in tenders, RFPs, and government procurement processes with strict compliance.
- Strategic Planning – Develop and execute strategies to expand government business in Delhi-NCR.




- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (Bid, PLM, sales, engineering, logistics, QA) to ensure smooth execution of government projects.
- Market Intelligence – Monitor policy changes, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the government sector.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in handling government business.
- Proven track record of direct engagement with government officials.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with high accountability and drive.

Location

- Delhi-NCR (frequent interaction with government offices and departments).
