Job Summary:

Location: Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh

A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and promoting company products/services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries

Job Specifications (Requirements):

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing,



or any related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales (Freshers can also be considered for junior roles)
- Experience in field sales / BFSI / retail sales is an added advantage

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused approach

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel (for field roles)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if required)
- Good local market knowledge
