We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage and support IT infrastructure and operations across our PAN India laboratory network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT operations and infrastructure across multiple laboratory units.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
- Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls, wireless networks, switches, and routers.
- Monitor data centre infrastructure, server performance, network availability, and system capacity.
- Manage IT assets, infrastructure audits, hardware refreshes, and IT budgets.
- Provide support for LIMS, laboratory automation systems, laboratory instruments, and LIMS interfaces.
- Troubleshoot critical application, network, and laboratory system issues.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations, incident resolution, SLA adherence, and change management.
- Support NABL audits related to IT systems and data management.




- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, SOPs, asset records, audit documents, and technical reports.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, including timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Support boardroom AV and video-conferencing systems.
